Position Summary

The Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst at Tier One Analytics will work with leading Multichannel Marketing Hubs solutions, engage with customers, and manage project requirements. Responsibilities include conducting interviews with Customers, cooperating with internal and external teams, and ensuring compliance between project requirements and the developed product. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in project documentation, basic SQL knowledge, and at least a B1 level of English. Desirable skills include deep SQL skills, experience with BigData tools, and strong presentation skills.
